My flight lands at midnight, can I find someone at reception?

We host every day customers who arrive with the last flight from Portugal so we will be happy to wait for you too!

Do you have a transfer service from/to the airport? If yes, how much does it cost?

We organize for our clients the transfer service relying on taxi drivers of our trust. The cost for a taxi is 20€ while that for a pick up or a van is 25, 30 or 35€ depending on the number of passengers.

Do you have a wi-fi connection? If so, how much does it cost?

Villa ao Mar has a fiber optic connection and we offer our customers the service at no extra cost. We can provide special data packages for smarworkers at a cost of 5€/day.

Is breakfast included in the treatment?

No, Villa ao Mar only offers overnight service.

Is the kitchen equipped?

The kitchens are complete with pots, cutlery, dishes and glasses, as well as oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

Are towels and sheets present?

We provide all the household linen. Beach towels are not provided, available to rent for 5€/day.

Is the hair dryer supplied?

Yes.

Where does the Deluxe City View apartment look?

The Deluxe Apartments have a balcony and living room overlooking the city center of Santa Maria and also have a private roof terrace with a beautiful 360º view.

Is there a washing machine in the apartments?

No, but at the reception there is a laundry service with prices ranging from 3 to 6 € per kg depending on the service required

Cot and high chair are available? If so, at what price?

Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge but must be requested at the time of booking

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, the city view apartments have air conditioning in the common parts while the ocean view apartments have a split for environment.

Is there a safe in the apartments?

Only in apartments with ocean view.

What time is the check in time?

From 3 in the afternoon

What time is the check out?

No later than 12 o’clock.

Is it possible to leave your luggage at reception in case of early arrival or late departure?

Yes, and at no cost.

Is it possible to bring pets into the apartments?

No and, for the respect of the structure and all guests, it is strictly forbidden to enter or “adopt” stray animals. In case of denial there are fines from 100€ to 500€.
